Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your cleaning service appointment, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your claim must meet the following conditions:

  • The service was not performed to the agreed standard.
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos, signed agreements) must be provided.

Please note that the following scenarios are exempt from refunds:

  • Services completed as per the provided instructions but later deemed unnecessary by the client.
  • Additional requests outside the agreed scope of work during or after the cleaning service.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will inspect and verify your claim. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

2. Special Conditions for Promotions

Refunds do not apply to services purchased as part of promotions, discounts, or bundles.

Re-scheduling or Replacements

We offer rescheduling for cleaning services if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. For defective or unsatisfactory services, please email us at {email address} to discuss a replacement service.

Gift Certificates

If the cleaning service was purchased as a gift, refunds will be issued as a gift certificate or credited back to the original purchaser, depending on the circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved individually via binding arbitration (no class actions or jury trials). Participation implies agreement.
